Hey guys, I have hung for quite awhile with the lg hanger. I have always hung Straight down or Between the Cheeks. I'm coming to terms with the fact I think i maxed out my ligament gains (I went from 7 1/8 to 7 7/8 BPEL) .
I reached 7 7/8 in late 2018 and have yet to gain more in the stints of hanging I have done since.
In 2019 i hung for 6 months straight SD and got up to 15 lbs 1 to 2 hours per day. I didn't have any further gains. I took a break. The latest hanging stint I have done, I have been at it for 2 months and I am at 18.7 lbs one hour per day. I measured yesterday and am still at 7 7/8 BPEL.
Has anyone had any gains switching the direction of pull after maxing out their lig gains?
