    Im new to hanging. I've been doing pe for about 6 months now and have gained 0.4 inches through manual stretching and extender use. What sort of gains should I expect from hanging with a 10lb weight?

    I haven't hanged and you may not care for my input but I don't think anyone can tell you what to anticipate. Some people respond to certain stimuli whereas others don't. Some people have a lot more potential for growth than others. There are too many variables to tell you what to expect. In terms of length gains, from what I've read here, it seems that hanging is the best course to take although there's no guarantee that it will be the best course of action for you. There are also other variables such as how long you'll be hanging that matter.
