Did my first pump session last night. Def no difference in size, maybe a little plump a couple min after. I went in at about 70 percent erection and it was actually softer than that when I took it out of the tube. Is that normal? I pumped the water out like 3 times the last round. My penis was never really erect enough for a good Jelqing after pumping so I didn’t bother. Still feeling things out. Def felt interesting, I was a little scared of blowing my dick up so I went pretty easy on it haha
how do I know how much pressure to do? I got the weaker pump, hydro 7, because I wanted to ease into things. Thanks for the help

2nd session the same. Can’t aray erect in pump and any girth gains disappear within minutes. Is this normal starting out? Not sure what to expect. Also should I fill the water last the bellows or only to the end of the tube? Thanks

I just got mine too and have only done 2 sessions. Mine was about the opposite. I went in flaccid and it felt like I had an erection in the pump. With only 3 pumps I wasn't feeling that much. Try like 5 or 6. I have jelqing experience so I have a slightly better idea of what the right pressure is but I'm still not sure. Also for me when I pump I really make sure I go all the way down. I think whatever I tried worked to some extent because I felt a lot of pressure and my penis was kinda sore after, similar to how it might feel after an intense jelqing session.
Do you think I should go in erect? Is that dangerous?

Did you make it past your actual size on the inch marker? I was like half an inch behind.
I think going in about 70-80 percent is a safe bet to ease into it and have a shot at better results from what I’ve read. Once you get used to it I think the more erect the better.
I honestly felt way less pressure when I did it the second time. How long do you wait to do each pump? I do it every couple min and it’s supposed to be 5 min session so doesn’t leave much time. I didn’t feel sore at all. I prob need to pump more. I hear it’s good as long as it doesn’t hurt. If it does stop immediately.
Are you trying again tomorrow? Might do 3 on 1 off.

I didn't understand what all the numbers were until I just took another look, but I don't think I got anywhere near my actual max. It wasn't near the top at all since I just went in flaccid.
I didn't really wait at all, I pump until I feel it's the max pressure I can safely handle. Sometimes I'll pump like 4 times and I feel it, but then it's as if my penis adjusts to it and I don't feel it anymore. Then I'll pump again. I'd make sure you're following the instructions in the manual 100% since it could be you're setting it up wrong in some way.
I do my full routine every day, so I'll give another update tomorrow. I'm taking Al's advice and measuring every 2 weeks, so I have my mind set on getting a PR then. It's ambitious but for now I'm shooting for .25 every 2 weeks. I posted this in another thread but when I was younger I tried PE based loosely on the JP90 routine and got unbelievable results. I'd do like a week of jelqing and stretching and gain .25 inches. I went from 5.5 to 7.25 rapidly so I'm setting high standards for myself.

Also I'm not sure if it's the L arginine or the bathmate or both, but today I had a pretty fucking strong erection. I'm gonna keep doing my kegels and stay consistent with losing weight to improve EQ. I had a theory that me gaining weight was responsible for my BPFSL not being the same as my BPEL. When I was only 140 pounds they were exactly the same yet now my BPEL is almost an inch shorter than my BPFSL. I've since gained a lot of blubber. The BPFSL is actually growing at the rate that it used to. It's gone up like .75 inches in 3 weeks. My prayers are that once I lose weight my BPEL shoots up to like 7.5 and I'm feeling like king dong but we'll see. I hate using all these acronyms I feel like it's frustrating to read but at the same time I can't type all that out lol.

That’s awesome man. Sounds like no matter what you do you’ll prob walk away with good results. I jelqued to erect when I was younger and injured myself. Been scared to do anything for a long time, just getting back into it.
I think my pelvic floor is really tight and messed up. Fixing that is highest on my list. Good eq is number 1 to me. But if I added some girth and maybe length I def would not complain haha

Are you able to go into the pump with a full erection? This would be your best bet for getting the most out of your pumping.

I tried to, but it’s hard in the shower. Plus I prob got in my head with the pressure to perform for the Bathmate haha I’m leaning towards taking a step back and just going in flaccid for a couple weeks to get used to it and hopefully strengthen my penis to make erections easier.
From my understanding I want to shoot for a size on the tube and get there repeatedly to try and cement it and then move on to a bigger size gradually correct? I hear whatever temp gains I get is what I want to keep hitting to make it permanent? Also I read it’s important to massage out the penis after each set to avoid water retention?
I’ve noticed nocturnal erections seem more pumped than usual. But die quickly. Woken up to it multiple times for it to die right away after touching. My erection almost feels fake like a balloon if that makes sense.

You'd move on to a larger pump when you get close to filling up the one you have first. If you're only pumping for a few minutes you shouldn't see water retention. You can still warm down and massage anyway.
