For price, it’s worth trying. However start with low weights and build up weight and time slowly. Vacuum devices can cause blisters.

Cheap plastic head, no way to measure vacuum pressure (say Hi to blisters) . No tested max weight for hanging. That product has been around and I dont see any people recommending it.

I have tried none, So not the right person to recommend .

I am personally curious about LG and auto extender. LG looks comparatively better because its custom. Function wise both look same.

Edit: Auto extender has no pressure measurement gauge, if you can modify it, its good else skip. Blisters can occur just due to high pressure itself.

There is a homemade vac hanger thread too, never looked at it. you can look around.
Also remember its your penis. between few hundred dollars and working cock what would you choose.

In my personal experience LG Hanger is the best. I know it's expensive but, you are paying for a quality device (custom made per your specifications) that can be used for years.
