Hi, I started using a drypump today from tickwall. I have been jelqing for 10-15 minuttes with ULI singel and double 3-4 days a week for some months. I also use the PMP when I have time.
What intensity should I start with? Today I used about 4,8 HG for 15 minuttes. Will the drypump also increase the length? Should I use just the pump for a while or do jelqing also?

Best to start pumping at 4 hg and 10 minutes. Build up over weeks to 5 hg and 20 minutes. Manual exercises help supplement pumping.

Thanks, I will go down to 4 hg. I feel pretty sore today and not good EQ after pumping to 4,8 hg, I think it was too much even though I have some months jelqing/squeezing experience. Somone told me I should take day of if I experience low EQ or feel very sore.
Do you take any brakes when you pump for 15-20 minuttes. Do you repump for example every 5 minutt?
What about pulse pumping or some special tricks?

When I was actively pumping I pumped twice a day, morning and night, for 20 minutes at 5 hg five or six days a week.. I would also pump for 45 minutes at 4 hg once a week and include some pulse pumping.

Thanks, looks like the gains takes long time with the pump. Maybe try jelqing between the sets to get faster gains. But first months just work my way up to 20 minuttes sets and every day, not just every second day like now.
Do you just use the dry pump teqnique? Do you pump with a penis pump sleeve? What is your warm up?
I have a bathmate also but I have the problem with the balls getting sucked inside the chamber. And it's very difficult to track the tension. Congrats with your gains, it's very impressive to stick with your program for so long.
Looks like too much tension is not good, because then I can't train the next day. But I know it's good to have some rest days every week.BPEL: 5,9 EG: 4,8
