    Hi Everyone,

I've been seriously invested in PE since 2016 and wanted to share my thoughts on my latest venture. After spending hundreds of hours in the LG hanger, I got to the point where blisters were the main hazard in my routine (around 15 lbs). In order to not get a blister with the LG at this weight, you must extensively refine your wrapping mechanics. I double wrap with athletic wrap and also have a thin layer of gauze over my head, in addition to adding the shoelace right beneath my glans. You must do a warm-up in long increments, adding weight and pressure to the glans in a very tedious process, basically holding your breath and praying that you don't get a blister as you attempt to reach a weight where you fatigue. When you've spent hundreds of hours in a device and you can't achieve fatigue, you must make a change...

This is not to say that the LG Hanger is worthless, you can make very good gains with it up to a certain point! However, you must achieve and RIDE fatigue to make gains, and it was becoming very difficult with this device.

This spring I started compression hanging (Total Man device) and have once again started seeing gains after a plateau with the LG. I can now do a warm up set (15 minutes), and then immediately do a heavy hang to fatigue my penis. Then I can decrease weight from there to ride the fatigue. The main drawback with a compression hanger is that you must take it off every 15-20 minutes to restore blood flow. In the LG, you can leave the device on and do a full hour hang. The same amount of hang time in a compression hanger can take more than an hour and a half with the appropriate amount of rest and detaching and attaching the device.

Basically both devices can help you achieve gains. It's sad to see the dogmatic bashing of one vs. the other. Hopefully this post can persuade people that both can do great things, but both have disadvantages as well.

I'm currently starting my sessions with the compression hanger, a warm up set of 75 percent of my fatigue weight, then doing my full fatigue weight in my 2nd set, and then decreasing weight from there to ride fatigue for 3 more sets. Then I am going in the LG hanger, using lower (non blister prone) weight to do bundles and fulcrum hangs after my penis is fatigued. I am combining the advantages of the compression hanger (immediate fatigue without blisters) with the advantages of the vacuum hanger (time saving ability to not have to detach the hanger every 15-20 minutes). It should also be noted that bundles and fulcrum hanging is MUCH easier to do in the LG.

If I could go back in time, I probably would just buy the compression hanger from Total Man. It's $80 dollars vs. the $300 price tag of the LG (pricey because of the custom fit). The LG is 50% more effective as far as hang time is concerned. If you are new to hanging, get the Total Man device, but if you want to get more serious and have multi-hour hang time, get the LG to save time and more easily do bundled and fulcrum hanging. You will be able to monitor your progress based on fatigue and not how much conditioning your head has with a compression hanger. The notion that vacuum hanging is safer is true as far as unconstricted bloodflow is concerned. However, I have had multiple injuries in the LG where a blister popped and I had to wait weeks for it to heal all in an attempt to achieve fatigue. That means not only no hanging, but no sex...unless you want to explain to your partner that you have a healing blister and can only receive a hand job where no contact is applied to the head.

On another note, buy your weights from amazon to save money. I can link you to the exact weights that are included with the LG. It's a bit absurd that they mark these up so much. Additionally, do not purchase the cable weight stand from LG. I did, and was shocked to find that I was simply resold a "Haul Master Capacity Roller Stand." You can find this product online for $20...

Have you tried the glans cap + talc method ? Phallosan users do it a lot too. Cut /uncut?

All his accessories are marked up. His chamber and sleeves are the best in market and no one else manufactures it . I would purchase only these 2 from him. As you said LG is ideal for lower weights, perfect for extending .2-3 lbs feels like nothing and still gives fatigue .

Compression hanger at lower weight is still a pain.

Compression makes a difference at higher weights and outperforms all vac hangers but the risk factors are too high. Many experienced hangers moved to vacuum after injury.

    Let's dissect point by point....
When making comparisons I always like to list pro's and con's or positive attribute vs. negative traits. I believe you have accurately done that when comparing compression clamp hangers vs. the LG Hanger. I've been very transparent about the one and only negative trait of vacuum hanging, which is the potential blister.
However I have also gone into great detail on how to avoid a blister, unfortunately many fail to heed my advice, kinda like telling your toddler to not touch the stove because it's hot and will burn you.

Being dogmatic is not exactly accurate. I've never said you can't make gains with a weight hanging compression clamp. What I've routinely done is point out the numerous negative traits associated with cutting of circulation. That being said the choice to do something that's not exactly healthy is up to the individual. I never tell anyone to not do it.... I'm just the yellow light warning signal. To be honest I could make a compression clamp device that would make Total Man, Bib, and MaleHanger look like Flintstones, but I choose not to do it because I don't believe they are safe....

When you cite the cost of things you don't consider the place where things are manufactured. You're gonna pay a lot less for a Tee shirt made in China vs. one made in the United States. So the question now becomes do you want to support slave labor in communist China or do you want to support manufacturing in the United States? All of our purchased parts except for our hand pumps and cable weight stands are domestically made.... even the little nuts and screws. I'm very patriotic and will do everything in my power to support USA manufacturing.... especially now that we're finding out that over 70% of our pharmaceuticals are made in China with questionable ingredients and unsanitary manufacturing processes.

The Cable Weight Stand that you criticize the price of is made in China. However what you didn't factor into the cost equation was the cable guide ring that I personally make out of solid Delrin on my lathe and mill, and the actual cable itself with the fasteners that I install on each end to make the loop. Then all the assembly and packaging required. All those things require my labor = time. How much does your employer pay you per hour? How about I find some guy from China, India or Mexico to come in and take your place for half of what you currently get paid, how would that make you feel if I did that and told you that your employer was paying you too much? Because basically that's what you're telling me.

Take a look at these Chinese hand pumps we purchase because we can't find a domestic manufacturer. We typically buy 250 - 500 at a time. Unfortunately about 25% are junk! They don't pass my inspection (which by the way takes up a good amount of my time to test). I can't sell those with our systems, so we eat it and throw them away. Those one's in the box are going into the trash. Tell me how that factors into the cost of our devices?

I like the LG Hanger, I'm just pointing out that I have had positive results with another device. One must condition their head faster than the rate at which their penis fatigues to make gains with the LG. My body just wasn't able to catch up to the blister rate at higher weights. This same experience has been corroborated by others.

The cable weight hanger is another product (HaulMaster Roller Stand) customized with a white ring and the purchase also includes a cable. I do think your products are quality, but felt duped in this particular purchase.

I think anyone who has purchased LG products can agree they are good quality but they do seem marked up a little too high.

Everyone has weight limits with the LG Hanger. I personally couldn't get much above the 15 lb level. I was born with a double hernia and when I get above 15 lbs I feel a significant tug on my seminal cords. I didn't want to risk injury by going heavier so I began experimenting with other exercises that didn't require as much weight in order to reach fatigue and completely stress my penile anatomy. Those two exercises are the Fulcrum and Bundle.

Finding your weight sweet spot and recognizing you can't go any heavier is important in avoiding a blister. Over time as you progress to a weight limit, the goal should always be to find a weight that you can hang with for a full hour with no complications.

I'm sorry you felt duped with the purchase of the LGH cable weight stand. Purchasing the raw material for the ring and the cable with clamps costs money. Making the ring and cable along with installing everything and packing it all up so that it can be shipped without being damaged is time consuming. So I guess that all boils down to how much anyone considers their time to be worth. I would sincerely appreciate everyone to take into consideration that I can't compete with Chinese slave labor. I'm proud to say "NOT made in China".

    Please answer the following questions:

    1. Have you ever run a business?
    2. Have you ever owned a business?
    3. Have you ever rented commercial floor space?
    4. Do you have any idea of what our operational costs are?
    5. Who do you work for and how much do they pay you?
    6. Do you think it would be possible for me to find someone who would do the same job you do for half the pay?
    7. What do you consider a reasonable profit margin?

Once you answer all those questions honestly... we can "dissect" point by point.
You're entitled to your opinion even if it is shortsighted.

We buy all our plate weight online, or at least we used to until recently when nothing became available. All cast iron / pig iron plate weight is made in China. There are no domestic manufacturers. So now that China is experiencing an energy crisis because of it's fight with Australia over a coal embargo, much of what China produces is no longer available because they are rationing electrical energy.

Which has forced us to improvise and make our own weight. I have hot roll plate lasered out and then I finish machine it. I apologize if the prices are higher. American companies cannot compete with Chinese slave labor! Too many people have gotten used to buying crap from Walmart and now expect everything to be super cheap.

Try duplicating what I make, and then let me know how much it costs you?
Find a fabrication shop with a 2 million dollar laser capable of burning our 5/8" thick hot roll plate. Then find a machine shop that will finish machine the plates. Get some quotes / bids and then let me know the prices you come up with.
