Which extender PEGym recommend

If you have the cash, the Phallosan with the Plus is good.
The biggest problem I have though, is the base on the extender is on the small size.
If you are much over 5” girth, it’s getting snug.
With the whole setup, you can use the Phallosan belt when using an extender would be difficult. ie: going to town or work.
The PF bell/pump is a great system to secure the penis and can be used many different ways.

Glans cap. No problem. I purchase zen toes on Amazon. Small but stretch.

You will get some glans caps with the PF kit and the Plus kit.
I don't really use them, but I have a lot of time in an extender, ADS, and pumping.
Especially with the extender, you should use one starting off.
You will find the tension is high with the extender.
