So I知 currently doing both hanging and extending, hanging 2 hrs a day 1 SD 1 SU at 6 lbs. Afterwards I extend for around 2 hrs. So 2 hrs hanging 4 hrs extending a day. My question is: if my goal is 7 inches NBPEL and I知 currently at around 5.3 NBPEL, should I continue doing what I知 doing or should I ditch hanging and try to maximize gains through extending before my ligs/tunica get too strong?

In my opinion, hanging and extending are complimentary. My recommendation would be to extend more Hours and shorten your hanging sessions, but slowly increase the weight up to 12 lbs.

I don't exactly know where the notion that hanging weight strengthens the suspensory ligament or Tunica. I have yet to read or hear a rational explanation for that hypothesis.
If you're hanging correctly and incrementally adding weight in a gradual progression you will not make either ligament or tunica stronger or more resistant to the stresses put upon it.
IMO - extenders and ADS devices are supplements to weight hanging and aggressive hand stretching. They are to be used in between your weight hang / hand stretch sessions to keep your penis under a mild amount of traction while recovering from more intense PE training. Light weight 5 lbs or less worn for extended periods of time will not produce a multi-inch gain by itself.-Foldus,

How about 1 hour hanging and 6 hours extending? I致e noticed that my BPFSL goes up to 6 13/16 after a long extending session, but only 6 10/16 after a hanging session. Before either it痴 around 6 6/16 to 6 8/16. Which makes me feel like extending for long periods is more effective. What do you think?

Try slowly increasing the weight up to 10 to 12 lbs and check the results. 6 lbs is not enough weight to be effective.
