Improve comfort of VacExtender mod kit

I have been using a VacExtender mod kit on my X4 for several years; however, I often feel excess discomfort from the base pressing against My fat pad and need to remove the extender in less than an hour because of the pain.

i recently tried using an old over stretched sleeve cut length wise placed on the base of my dick. When I pull the base down Over my shaft, I make sure the base Is centered On the Cut sleeve. I can now last up to two hours before the pressure on my fat pad becomes too intense for comfort.

I have the same mod kit and I feel a burning sensation in my balls region under the shaft after an hour or so. If i position the extender SU it goes away completely. Any recommendations?
