X4 Labs Patriot Limited review

Got my order today and figured I would give it a first impressions/review. Quick background on me, I started PE with a Hydro7extreme kit purchased about 6 months ago and gained about 3/4 " with regular use (4-6 days/week for 20min/day). I never really "Jelq" routinely but I will do some stretches here and there for a few mins.

I decided to try an extension device and found this forum in the process. I looked at the weight stretches but don't have ample amounts of alone time to hook up and hang so I decided on an extender. Looking through reviews and youtube videos I ended up thinking the X4 was my best bang/buck option and the Phallosan as an alternative. Now I do OK and money isn't really an issue in my choice but I wan not thrilled with the idea of the "condom" used because of potential fragility so I went with the X4.

After I ordered, I was kinda worried I made the wrong pick as there was no tracking number ever sent to me. After 3 days I emailed their customer service asking on a status and they sent the same "confirmation" email I got when I purchased it which was disappointing. Hearing "it shipped," or "it's on backorder" or "still processing" would have made me feel much better. 2 days after that e-mail it showed up, still without any tracking info sent from X4labs which is weird but whatever.

I decided to go for the X4 patriot addition as it is basically 2 complete kits of their top model for like $50 more. I figure spare parts is good as I don't know if I trust their customer service for warranty stuff.

Now, I knew the patriot edition came with a lot of crap, but when I opened the box, there was literally a trash bag full of gauze, memory foam, comfort straps and all of that other stuff. 2 complete bases, 3 sets of all the plastic hardware in red, white, and blue (for patriotic penises), 2 full sets of the extension rods, etc. Literally, a lot of stuff.

What I didn't like -
Came with a dvd for instructions, or what I think is instructions because I have no way of playing a DVD. A link to whats on the DVD woulda been nice.

There was an included "tri-fold" with photos that was instructions, but with all the options included for securing yourself in this thing, 95% of the options weren't covered. This thing has velcro, the rubber rope things, multiple endcaps, a rubber comfort strap (my fav) and nothing but trial and error to figure it out.

Kit came with 3 different spring sets with no marking designating the tension on each set. I had to squint on them and compare to pictures on the website for their springs in the "accessory" area

The good:
So much crap, and so many options in the box. I could spend hours just trying different options for fit/tension

seems quality, but as my first extender I dont have much to compare it to. The metal stuff seems solid with good machined threads. The plastic stuff is substantial. The boxes that came with it for storage are relatively nice but could use open zippers so that a lock may be added (don't feel like having that conversation if one of the kids finds it)

I have been wearing it for about 3 hours now using the strongest springs (4200g) walking around the house and sitting/standing and it is relatively comfortable to where I think I will wear it to work tonight. Maybe my months of pumping pre toughened me up for this. I was disappointed that I thought I could pee while wearing it but I cannot as the tension around my shaft makes the pee stream painful.

It also came with a penis pump that I probably won't ever use because I have my bathmate but it can sit in a drawer in case I ever feel like trying it.

You may want to use the penis pump for a few minutes before mounting the extender. The pump will increase the girth of your glans which will aid in mounting and reduce the possibility of s slipping out.

Lucky for me my glans is naturally bigger than the shaft so I haven't had an issue. Something I noticed after your comment is the end rods seem to "friction" fit to the end apparatus. This is a neat design feature as if I do slip out, the mechanism will stay intact and not drop down my pants leg.

Just got mine in the mail today. You aren’t lying when it said it came with a bunch of stuff lol. Only thing was it was missing the instructional DVD so sent an email to get one sent out. Hopefully, comes in soon.

I agree about the springs not being marked. I have a hard telling which one is the highest tension. On their website they are colored black, silver, and gold. I can defiantly tell the silver one apart but the other two are pretty close in coloring. How did you figure out which was which?
