  • Can I get results from using Bathmate hydromax pump only ?

    Hello,

    I am new in this forum and i wonder if i can get results from using Bathmate hydromax pump only
    i work all day and don't have time to do all this jelq exercies so please are there any experiences with bathmate only or can i add an other device ?

    I think you would see results. I've only been PEing for 6 weeks or so, but that's been mainly bathmate, some jelqs and recently just AndroPenis extender and then bathmate.
    I have begun to see results and bathmate has been the only consistent part of the routine through the 6 weeks so I think bathmate takes the credit.
    Believe you would expect to see mainly girth gains from bathmate only. Some length but mainly girth. If time is an issue I won't recommend an extender but you could introduce manual stuff like stretches and jelqs to do just before the bathmate, that won't add much time to your workouts.

      Hey arzt!

      Welcome to the Gym


      It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

      in order for Bathmate to be effective, you need to pump for at least 20 minutes a day. You can also do manuel exercises for 20 minutes a day. Why not alternate between the rwo



      It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.


      Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.


      Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

        Im curious about this too
        Been doing all kinds of things for last 2 years
        Gained over an inch but came to a dead stop at 7,3/4 and cant seem to break the plateau no matter what.
        Plus im tired of spending an hour of my day torturing my weener
        Bath mate seems more convenient
        How many her had solid results from just bathmate alone?

          I dont think anybody has done bathmate alone. A lot of us have been using the bathmate plus something else for the simple fact that its two different types of exercises to pull and expand. Bathmate stretches the member a bit but why no stretch with your hand for a few mins and possibly maximize potential that the bathmate can stretch out

            I've used the Hydromax X30 with the hand pump exclusively for over a year.

            I started out at 5.8in BPEL and under 5in in girth. I measured today, post-pump with solid EQ, and BPEL was 7in with girth at 5.5in.

            Post pump you would expect to see a temporary girth boost which will subside a bit, but length has been a steady increase with committed routine; mine is 5mins x 3 daily with weekend rests.

            Having said that I will work to cement this gain of an inch and a bit. However I'm sure over time I could gain a lot more.

              honestly "REAL and credible natural Penis Enlargement" takes a few months months to a few years to work.Penis Enlargement is like going to the gym man. this is why professionals cant put a time limit on your progress. For example, You cant tell someone that they will gain 10 pounds of muscle in 5 months working out at the gym because its all based on the individual and their specific Routine. i have a book showing you all of the foods and herbs from all over the world that will help you attain size. The book contains penis enlargement techniques. My techniques worked for me and that why i decided to make a book. i gained 2.3 inches in about 3 years of work using my techniques. it takes time man. but what do you have to lose?

                Ive used the bathmate alone for 7+months - 10 min warmup, 20min Bm (current routine), started with 15 min for first 6 months. Gained permanent girth in shaft and head as well as bigger and more visible veins. Only little length, but I pump on much lower pressure than most ppl I think. Lower pressure tends to give more girth whereas more pressure tends to target length more.


                So to OP, yes you can gain from BM only, in my experience, but it requires patience and dedication as gains will take months. I dont personally train less 5 times a week and I highly prefer 6-7 times a week

                  new question, maybe...i am not sure if I am supposed to have an erection before using Bathmate.am hearing yes and no. And plus am I supposed to have a full on erection when I get finished with my 'exercises? Because I am not. I am definitely enlarged and thicker. Maybe 50%... I have been using for about 3 weeks...

                    You should give it a month of entering soft or with a slight semi...After about a month you can enter with an erection. You will not stay hard during the pumpimg, but once you are entering hard you unit will stay the same size in the pump...When you are done your unit will look like a longer very girthy and larger version of your flaccid self..Basically, when you do this training starting with a hard on, afterwards your unit will look visibly more hung...Its actually quite a surprise because its immediate and your flaccid will look huge...this of course will subside over some time but you will always carry a bit more in your pants on days you train..Let's put it this way, you will exit the pump flaccid but you would be proud if a woman walked into the bathroom ans saw you at that moment...

                    I've done BM only for a year...Ive gained some girth and maybe a small amount of length...I will say that for three weeks in January I did some jelqing 50-100 pulls between BM set 1 and 2...I will say that when I was doing this it seemed that I was starting to get length gains...I stopped because I thought I was getting more stretching of my scrotum skin...Unfortunately, this seems to be something difficult to avoid..

                        The last .25" in girth I gained was from pumping only. I stopped because I started having testicle issues with how the suction was pulling in bad ways. If I were to go at it again I would like to try a suggestion that a member mentioned here once. Take a foam exercise mat and cut it down to size and put a hole in the middle for the penis to go through and then when you pump it wont pull all the extra skin and scrotum. Don't know how well it works but would be worth a try.

                          much thanks, Alwaysbbetter.

                          I do get more girthy but no erection when I come out after each 'set'. The most girth after the last, of course. Do you achieve an erection before each set? I do 5 sets total usually.

                          As far as jelqing, I am still working on getting that down pat. I don't feel like I am really doing anything constructive , though. And I know it will be a while before seeing an positive results from jelqing. But it does feel good...

                            Definitely met one of these guys which is what kicked of the original PE fascination and led me to google this forum

                            However im seeing better results with manuals (personally)

                            But that's most likely because im doing it far more routinely and never used to warm up prior to reading this website.

                            The guy swears black and blue that a hand pump is responsible for his gains and nothing else.

                            On top he also swears he only buys cheap ones with no gauge... ($15)

                            In his past he participated for hours and these days only needs a 20 minute maintenance routine once weekly

                            His EQ was probably the most notable for his size though, especially at an older age of 55+.. if i had to guess (and it's a guess because you don't exactly grab a tape out when your fooling around) Id say he was 7x6.5 minimum..He said he could get bigger if he ordered a larger tube as he was filling a 3 inch diameter..But had no desire too..He also said when he started using the pump he was to quote "half your size" as in my size at the time of 5.5x4.2..

                            If that that helps at all..

                            One last thing he also informed me he has been dedicated to it for 20+ years.. (at least)

                            I have no idea how strict or non strict the dedication is because at the time i didn't really know about PE at all...

                            The reason i even got the minor details that i did was because i asked if he needed viagra at his age to maintain the size..
                            (to which he laughed and showed me the pump and how to use it)

                            If i ever saw him again i'd ask him EVERY detail possible

                              Yea I have so many user names for various things nowadays you try to be creative...I go in hard every set but I really usually only do 2 sets...It gets tedious constantly getting hard for a set...I usually do about 18 minutes now and I do tend to vary the duration of the sets...Sometimes, I do a five min set first then a longer set following..Im not sure what is better a bunch of 5 min sets going in a bit bigger each time or less sets and more time im the pump..Bathmate def thickens you dick..Mixed with manual length work you can probably get the best result..

                              Burrito, I thought the same thing about cutting a piece of foam to create a slip less fit so the scrotum stays out..I did buy the cushion pad and it may help a hit but its harder to get the suction good...you have more fails and start overs if you know what I mean..The dumb part about the cushion rings for bm, they have two indentations on each side of the circle..I have no clue why but I feel like it allows for slippage with your skin from the scrotum...lately I've used only the comfort ring that the bm comes with...its def much easier...your idea is good though..
