Thread: Erection breaks from extender
- 06-09-2020 #1
Morning everyone
So part of my current routine is using the Andropenis extender. I find that as I'm still pretty new to it I'm often touching and checking the head isn't getting too cold or numb.
And I work in hour chunks as I find by an hour I'm wanting to take it off for a bit.
I then give it a few minutes of normal circulation and I usually then cause an erection just to help with that and to make sure there's no problems.
Then I let the erection subside before reapplying the extender.
Is this pretty sensible? Anyone else do similar?

I Used the term circulation break.
Those with a cylinder/air pump, can use that to help restore circulation, even after the last session of the day. Do take care not to overdo things, monitor morning wood, PI's, etc.Valued Member of 10 years at the PEGym

I also like to limit my VacExtender “chunks” to one hour and finish off with a 20 minute air pump session at 5 hg. Long sessions in the VacExtender cause Bruising and toughening of my glans skin.
However, since I suffer with ED, I don’t have the opportunity to use an erection to increase circulation so I jelq instead.Last edited by not2big; 06-09-2020 at 09:57 AM.

Thanks chaps. It seemed like a logical thing to do but it's good to have it confirmed by people who have been doing this for more than 6 weeks (like me). Didn't know if the fact that after an hour I'm always feeling like I want to take it off and restore circulation meant I was doing it wrong, or just worrying too much, like I often do
