Thread: PMP / Extender stretch

Question regarding the stretch on PMP or any extender. When I measure BPFSL I am about 7.5 inch. When I measure with the extender on it is only about 6.5. Does this mean I am not getting a good stretch? I have been using it for about 2 months now and have only noticed a difference in BPFSL no BPEL gains. I do have a large fat pad. Can this interfere with the extender stretch? I am assuming I can manually stretch my penis further than the 700 to 800 grams of stretch the pmp can give me. Does the pmp have to stretch me to full length to make gains?

Keep in mind, keeping the penis 'in traction' is what the extender does. You want to hold the cells elongated/stretched. Too much can cause scar cells to form, which won't stretch.
Now later in the PE venture, one might use hanging to apply a higher amount of traction, to other parts of the penis anatomy, to aim for increased length.
BPFSL gain usually precedes Erect gains. (although not on a 1:1 ratio)
For example, a 0.5" increase in BPFSL might corelate to a 0.17" in erect length.
Just pick one way to perform measurements , and stay with that.Valued Member of 10 years at the PEGym

As a general rule, when going through the adaptation period of extending you want to have a moderate stretch when wearing the device. The burrito should stay elongated just as if you were constantly pulling on it. After about 6 weeks of increasing time in the device and becoming comfortable and familiar with it you can start increasing tension so that its a tight stretch; as if you were pulling hard on it. You will know you have too much tension if you keep slipping out, glans get cold really fast or you feel pain in the groin or increased soreness in the areas that the device fastens to.
Generally you should be able to wear the device for about an hour without needing to remove it.

I have been using it for about 8 weeks now. I started off with what I feel like was too high of tension and have dialed it back a bit. I had no pain so I started out wearing it about 8 hours a day and have maintained 8 to 12 hours a day depending on how much time I had.
Do you think starting out at a higher tension will bit me in the ass for gains? I fear I might have went too high too fast. I did a few months of manuals before I started the extender with a month break before I started using the PMP pro.
