I received my order a couple days ago and noticed they forgot to include the instructional DVD. Sent a message through their website a couple days ago with no response. So I decided to give them a call. Well... the number is not connected to anything and automatically hangs up after a few dials. Pretty sketchy to say the least.
So, if anybody has used the X4 and can provide a quick starter guide or how to go about adding rods, tension, etc I would appreciate it. Or if you have experience with X4 labs customer support or how to get in touch with someone over there would be awesome. Thanks 👍🏼

I believe the X4 web site has an instructional video. There may even be a video on u-tube.

Anyone every try having rest days...
