Hi
I Have electric pump and I use comfortable padding that squeeze the base of the shaft while pumping.
After pumping is finished, expansion occurs from the midd-shaft to the glans, but the base of the shaft does not expand due to the pressure of the silicone base.
Does this affect base gaining?

I would guess that it would. My silicone gasket from PumpToys does not cover my shaft at the base. In my case, my base gained more than the rest of my shaft.

Does this Gasket prevent the testicle from suction
- 06-13-2020 #4As long as the cylinder is not oversized. However, they cost about $28 and the cylinder needs to have a flanged base rim.
