IDK. I found it uncomfortable when driving and would lose pressure and slip out. I stood at work with it on mostly. But I’ve worn it everywhere, restraunts, the casino, laundromat, etc....looking forward eventually to wearing it again, 8-10 hours daily as my new business will allow me to and the privacy to make on the job adjustments as needed. Good luck.
A prayer, is kinda the same as a "Like". If there are enough likes, God will take notice. So "Like" away please. My daughter needs your prayers. Thank You.

You can get tons of hours in by wearing it at night. That's when you can be sure of getting the best stretch. I probably logged 1000 hours at night. You learn how to do it and it's easy and fun.
I described how to do that in my Progress LogStart BPEL 4.9 MSEG 4.7
