Morning chaps, hope you're all keeping well.
So I've been wondering about my routines workload and whether the balance is right... I recently reduced volume slightly as I was consistently seeing edema after bathmate for 3 sets of 6 minutes.
So I currently do
Workout on Monday, Tuesday
Rest Wednesday
Workout Thursday, Friday
Rest Saturday, Sunday
I've been PEing for about 2 months now and my routine is currently 4 hours in the Andropenis extender then 3 sets of 5 minutes in Hydromax7 bathmate. Results have been coming, slowly but they are there and it's still early days, 2 months in is definitely still beginner stage.
I will continue to monitor PI's and gains and hopefully if PI's remain under control and gains keep slowly coming, I imagine all is well.
But wanted to gather some opinions, am I doing too much, about right, or not enough?
I could increase AndroPenis days, like use it on some of the rest days, or add other bathmate days but keep the andropenis rest days, or scrap a rest day altogether.
Interested in your thoughts. Cheers
EDIT - I would add that so far I have not got on well with manual techniques like jelqing, I end up feeling sore and I doubt myself, like I lack confidence I am doing them safely or well... So I avoid them in favour of devices.
But if you think I could benefit from the addition of some manual work I would consider this, particularly some low level of manual stuff to build my skill at it and confidence with it. CheersLast edited by Cpt. Jean-Luc Dickhard; 06-19-2020 at 03:57 AM.

If you are seeing some results with no negative PI's then you should stick with what you are doing for a little longer to condition your penis before advancing.
To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.
