    It’s my 2nd week into hanging and I’m using a 5.5 Weight. I noticed after my session my EQ is good but my erect length is shorter. It’s usually around 7-7.2 on my good days but i measured at 6.5 or so. I looked around Old forum post for ppl with similar issues but they say it’s not something to be concerned over and it will come back eventually with rest. Can anyone here give some feedback on this? I’ve also been doing on and off PE for about 2 years now so I do have experience.

    I've not used hanging yet, but from what I've read of PI's, that would be a negative one. Could be you are overtraining?
    Ready to be corrected if someone with experience of hanging says oh no that's quite normal with hanging, but it sounds to me like it could be a warning that youre doing too much and causing damage.

    Edit- if I was in your position now I would take a few days break and then resume with lower weight

    So some good news is that I’ve gotten my normal erect length by pumping last night and then pumping again today. It could potentially be overtraining captain but I’m not sure since I have only hanged at 5.5 lbs twice so far this week. To be on the safe side though I’ll take a day off from PE today. I also did some stretches to help loosen my pelvic floor since I read a tense PF can cause a loss of length.

    I also noticed that I’m feeling sore like inside the base of my penis. Not sure if it’s the tense pelvic floor or it’s the fatigue from hanging. Still any advice from some experienced hangers or anybody experienced in PE would be great ❤️.

    I just want to add i dont think its damage just maybe the tissue want to retract after being stretched so hard?

    What type of hanger are you using?
    If you're using a compression clamp and have only been hanging for two weeks you are likely experiencing the negative side effects of the trauma inflicted from lack of circulation.
