Afternoon PEgymnasts,
So considering adding a cock ring after the bathmate at the end of my workout. I like the look of Screaming O's RingO, I can see a set of 3 available but I can't see size measurements for them.
My girth sucks (have increased MEG from a starting 4' to 4.2') so I'm just wary of ordering something like that and finding even in a set of 3 all 3 being too loose.
Anyone know the rings I'm talking about, and ideally have them and can advise about the sizing?

I don't know about those cock rings, but I've worn them in the early days of my PE work. If you're looking for girth, I know a bit about that. I wasn't much bigger than you when I entered the Gym. I recommend you do the JP90 to get conditioned. While you're doing that, read all you can about clamping. Then after the JP90, I would begin clamping. You will find it is the most fun form of PE work and it will definitely help you gain girth. Full disclosure, I am really biased about clamping. But I'm biased because I can see and feel the results in my hands. And my wife has commented on how much thicker I am. Fortunately she loves my new girth. I've gone from probably about 4.5 inches to 5.7 inches. Granted some were newbie gains from jelqing (especially from rbi99's Ultimate Jelqs), but the bulk of my new bulk (girth) is from clamping. I continue to clamp, hoping to get to 6 inches of girth along my entire shaft. I just did 30 minutes of clamping this morning with continuous edging (no cumming at the end). I clamp for fun and to hopefully compliment my new pumping work...to get to 6 inches (or more) or girth.
I'd recommend that approach over cock rings, though they're helpful at some point. I clamp with a silicone comfort sleeve I buy from LG Hanger. After my clamping sessions, I leave the comfort sleeve on as a girth band for an hour or so. Hope all that helps.Start BPEL 4.9 MSEG 4.7

Thanks getinbig. Ive tried out jelqs several times now and could never get confident with them, I always feel like I've hurt myself the next day and that I must not be doing it right (despite all the technique descriptions I've read here and in several books) and I lose confidence with them, if I am constantly worrying about them then there's no point doing them. So I moved onto devices when I started my log here. If I find the gains on current device based routine dry up I'll have to change to something else then, maybe more manual stuff ... I am planning to build squeezes into the current routine anyway, probably after bathmate and before a cockring if I get one. I've tried out squeezes a couple of times and so far they seem alright for me, so that might be a good way into manual stuff for me.
Maybe I should introduce jelqs as well, but low in number and intensity at first just to get comfortable with the technique. You got me thinking now! Starting bathmate and AndroPenis use both required days or weeks of awkward adjustment, it's probably the same with manual techniques too.
