I want to know the cheapest but still effective route to begin red light (or near infrared light) therapy.
For one thing, I've seen talk of a Phillips bulb product.
660/850nm is talk of a good start of nanometer strength from the bulb, and a ceramic socket reflector(?)...whatever that is.
I'm sure there are other specs to take into consideration...
Please, someone give me some pointers on where to get the more basic end of all things Red Light. I'll buy the high end stuff at a later time; I'm only looking to get started for now (and it's all the budget will allow anyway). Thanks!
