I've been increasing weight the past month. I increased from 9.5 lb to 12 lb. My length has stalled at 9.5 and no gains have occurred with increases in weight to 12lb. I hang 4 session of 20 minutes btc, approximately 9 hours a week. I don't feel an intense fatigue.
What should I do?
I'm considering upping the weight again this week, taking a full week break, or taking a week break with one session a day to keep the skin conditioned.
