  • Vacuum Hanging Blood Coming Out of Urethra

Has anyone else had this happen before?

I have been hanging for almost 2 months now with sets varying from 8 min to 16min max per set and currently hanging 16lbs (which I have been at for the past 2 weeks)

I do PE 5 days on (Mon - Fri) 2 days off (Sat&Sun).

I warm up with heat pad and stretching for about 10 min before hanging and after my first 15min set today I noticed blood coming through the micro pore tape from my urethra.

I am confused because I haven't noticed any other negative PI's at all...

    Any input is greatly appreciated.

    Thank you,

I should probably add that it was one large droplet of blood and I removed the tape did a couple light jelqs and no additional blood came out. I also peed and no visible blood in my urine.

I’m thinking maybe another day off and reduce the weight?

Seems you may have ruptured a capillary. Give it a day or so.

            Total man AIO 3.0

I took past couple days off and cut weight back to 11lbs today.

4 sets in and no signs of blood or discomfort.

I’m thinking I will keep weight at 11lbs and just hang longer. From everything I’ve been reading past couple of days things get dicey at higher weights.

            Any thoughts?

A couple observations on the design and function of the cap device you're using that can contribute to the negative side effects you're experiencing.

#1 - The vacuum cap is shallow... the traction is being generated from the glans and not from the shaft.

#2 - When extracting vacuum you have no ability to see exactly how much pressure is being extracted with the bulb supplied. Only a system with a pneumatic fitting that utilizes a hand pump with a Hg pressure gauge will allow you to use the proper amount of Hg pressure with no guess work. Too much vacuum pressure can and will contribute to a ruptured blood vessel. This is especially true when you get above the 8 lb range.
