1. Heat
2. Stretch
3. Jelq
4. Pump

At this point, you could probably try doing something like 3x 10 minute pumping sets. Go in erect and pump slowly until you feel a decent internal stretch (not to the point of pain). Once that stretch feeling starts going away, pump a little more until it comes back. Keep doing that during the set. Just keep a close eye on the pressure and remember that the more pressure you use, the more edema you'll get. Pick an hg to stop at and and stick to it so you don't overdo it. For the 1 minute or so in between the pumping sets, I lightly stroke for bloodflow and do a light Uli or 2 to try to get a little more expansion. Donut/edema is not a PI.
