I started using a Phallosan Forte about 9 months ago. In the first few months I followed the rules and kept the pressure in the green zone on the device. I was making amazing gains. After several hours my penis was so big I struggled to get the condom sleeve off! The glans was getting noticeably larger. As time went on I was making gains but I noticed I now struggled with erections and needed to use viagra more to achieve them, although they were noticeably larger. I also use a vacuum device that I’ve used for many years. After 8 months I noticed my penis was definitely longer inside the vacuum chamber but not as thick. I just thought it was adjusting to the routine. But then I saw a decrease in size of both my penis and my balls too! I quit for a month just using my pump for therapy but now I was upset at the reversal in size. I did notice that I was using too much suction on the glans inside the bell because when finished it was bigger but a chalky white in color and somewhat numb until I worked blood flow back into it. This guy Julian, rep for Phallosan, said this was from urine being sucked into the bell and causing this. After reading posts here I am learning this is actually from swelling and edema. I’ve since used much less suction but my erections and size have remained the same and still basically impotent. Can some of the vets here please tell me what’s wrong and did I do permanent damage? What advice can you give me on how to proceed now? I’m so angry about my size loss that I’m freaking out!

First ... don't freak out! You have not caused any permanent damage. Psychologically you can be creating a battle between your own ears... in your mind that will negatively affect your erection quality.

I'd suggest taking a week off. When you resume, do more hand stretching. Two 10 - 15 minute sessions per day with intensity, this will include some semi erect jelqing. Continue to wear and use your ADS Phallosan, only remove it every two hours and massage, hand stretch your penis for a few minutes to restore it's feel and shape. Use less vacuum if you can.

When you experience edema after a day of wearing your Phallosan, just do a compression wrap of the affected area, snug but not tight. If you have a section of silicon sleeve or girth band, don it over the wrapped area and within 20-30 minutes the edema will be gone.
