I have both LG and JelqToGain ADS and it's not the same. And it is planty of companys that come out with this type ADS long before LG. I think Autoextender come first with stealth cap.

Comfort is subjective. Effectiveness is not. The difference is in the silicon sleeve.

Stealth cap from Autoextender is the ADS that you can see least under the clothes and they have many types of sleeves that you can try and change between for best possible comfort ( hard, thick, thin, medium, small and more )
+ it's the cheapest of them.
- stealth cap is missing a "trace" for the stripes/clip that you attach the sleeve against. Sometimes when you take it off and on you may need to change the stripe to a new one or just skip the stripe.
