Extender vs bathmate, whats better?

Im shopping around for a good device, but on a budget. and so far its between the vimax extender and a bathmate. Since i heard you should wear an extender for atleast 4-6 hours a day up to 12 hours, i was wondering if you can wear it while you sleep, or atleast wear it underneath your clothing and be mobile, or if you have to sit around naked on your couch for the duration? and a bathmate i guess only takes about 15 minutes a day in the privacy of your bathroom, But are the gains not as great as an extender? just wondering if you can get the same gains from the pump in 15 min daily, compared to a full day of wearing the extender? Which one provides the better gains more efficiently? please help give me insight into these problems. Thank you

Based on my 6 months experience, there are virtually no permanent gains from pumping; however, the temporary gains (up to two hours or more) after pumping for three 10 minute sessions, allow me to pleasure my wife with an additional 0.5" in length and 0.75" in girth. I have only been using an extender for three days, but IMHO based on what I have read on this and other forums, I should begin to see permanent gains in about six months.

People claim that you grow 0.001 inch per hour with an extender. I just bought a VacExtender I am still waiting until it will arive and also ordered a Bathmate also waiting until this will arive. I heard your EQ will be better with a penis pump. This is the routine which I want to try out:
First a warming up (holding the shower head on my penis for 5 minutes). After that using the Bathmate before using the extender so my penis has the temporary gains, after that I will attach the VacExtender. I was planning on using the VacExtender for a couple of hours. Maybe some jelqing after that and then using the Bathmate again. And at the end doing a warming down (holding the shower head on my penis for 5 minutes, so the same as the warming up).

So what my suggestion is buy both, but if you don't have the money or don't want to buy both. Buy only an extender, because you can use it for a longer period.

Do you guys think an extender is more gentle and less risky than a bathmate, assuming both are relatively low risk when used right

Depends how you use it. Take baby steps increase intensity and time with percaution

Extender is going to focus on length. Bathmate will focus on girth.

I wonder if anyone will in trouble for too much pumping here it seems a bit scary pumping that blood to the penis. Is it safe to use or does it comes with an instructional DVD?

Just start slow and work your way up. Start by pumping up to the point where you just feel a bit of pressure and use it for 5 minutes. Do this twice a day and add an extra minute to your session every couple of weeks, pumping every five minutes or so. That's what I've done, and now over the course of several months I've gotten up to 15 minutes twice a day, pumping every 2 minutes (ultimately getting a bit passed my BPEL) and my erections are as good as I could imagine them being. I also got an extra inch of base girth and 1/2 and inch midshaft.
