I知 in week 2 of JPs 90 day as a beginner. Of course I want to do it everything possible to ensure I知 giving myself the best opportunity to succeed. Should I get the PHALLOSAN to go along with the routine as well? Thanks everyone!

I have it and the sleeves broke almost right away. From what i have read, you can use other more solid sleeves but for the price you pay for the phallosan the sleeves should be way better!Personaly i would never recommend phallosan to anyone.

I'm currently approaching 1500 hours with the phallosan. I would definitely recommend it.

I have the Phallosan Forte .
It is good, but have had issues with some of the components.
The sleeves are good brand new, but stretch out fairly fast.
I’ve replaced the pump twice.
My large bell got a crack and can’t get one from the official PF sight.
The device and parts are a little expensive.
I would shop around before.
Check out TOTALMAN, VacExtender, LG Hanger.
Stay safe

Look at the LG hanger line of products. Much more durable from many things I have read.
Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

I am almost to finishing my 6 month. My last sleeve just tore today (it was a small which was too tight but had already torn two mediums, though stretched a bit over the weeks to fit better). I agree the sleeve issue should be cheaper for how often they loosen or tear. I can say everyone has different results. I will be measuring at 6 months (in about 3 weeks but have to wait for the replacement now) but around the 3 month mark I noted a .25 change in length. I have used nothing else up til last week (I just began 3 x a week bathmate) and though have been hoping for a bit moe gain than I seem to be getting, it does seem to have an affect, it just varies from person to person.

If I would go back in time ( 2,5 years ago) that i started continious PE ( and I had the knowledge I have now) I would not buy all the extenders (5 of them) and the pump and I would focus only on manual work.
Manual work is the best and most fruitful PE method that exists BUT the problem is that you have to find out the proper technique/intensity/volume/frequency that works for you.
Not only they deliver more gains than any device but they let you live as a free human being because they require just 1h max of your day 5 days/week.
And this recomondation comes from me that I had tried 4 times of manual work in the past and never worked.
Finaly it worked after trials and errors.
The extender gave me length gains(after finding the correct tension and volume for me)... BUT I could achieve the same gains in 1/3 of the time by manuals and with a lot less time spent during the day.Last edited by TeoDeles; 4 Weeks Ago at 08:13 AM.
