Looking for ADS. Issues with phallosan and size?

I am looking for an ads but have heard phallosan doesn’t work well for penises over 6.5 inches and mine is about 6.8. I have a rod extender I use for 6 hrs a day but want the option to switch to the ads on days I am more active. I have interest in the silistretcher as an alternative and I am open to others as well. If anyone has ad ice or a longer penis and still was to use phallosan with success I would love to hear about it.

The Phallosan should work with your size.
I wear my belt high, way above the hips, and don’t seem to have a problem.
The problem I have with the PF, Is most the components failed.
The pump, tension clip and finally got a crack in the bell.
The parts are expensive to replace and ship.
I would check out TOTALMAN.
With a decent vac/bell setup, you can do anything from ADS to hanging.
I recommend doing a little shopping before laying down the cash on the PF.

Your information is incorrect. I have had success with my longer beginning size.
