Couldnt find any posts on this yet but then again the search engine here isnt amazing and there are thousands of posts to look through manually.
I was wondering if anyone had noticed any greater returns from their hanging or jelqing routine by splitting it up during the day?
I know Bib did write that 10-12 hours a week is the general base line you want to shoot for in hanging, reaching fatigue in set one and riding it out for the rest of your workout so does it matter how you split your sets after doing at least 2?
Im currently doing 6 sets of 20mins on the weekend as I have more free time. Would it hurt my gains if i did 3 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon rather than 6 sets all at once?
During the week im doing 4 sets of 20 mins in the evening after work and think I feel good fatigue during them. Usually start with first set or 2 BTC and the the final 2 might be SD or back to BTC if i want to feel the fatigue going away.
Any advice?12 November 2020 BPEL 16.8cm MEG 13.8cm
