Not aware of a glass cylinder for penis pump. All the quality, popular cylinders are made from acrylic.

Do you have a problem with acrylic?

I find some glass cylinders but the question is how much vacuum they can take.

Timm Medical offers a glass cylinder specifically designed for its medical grade vacuum erection device for guys with ED. Probably not compatible with the pump systems used for enhancement. I am sure a glass cylinder would withstand vacuums well over 15 hg; however, it costs $251. I would prefer putting in a little more effort to clean my acrylic $30 LeLuv cylinder than spend $250 for a glass cylinder.

Since I started pumping, I have had to increase the size of my cylinder 4 times. That would be over $1,000 if I used the glass cylinder.

I would be afraid of breaking it, I have dropped my acrylics and they just bounce nd make a funny noise.

Glass would likely be heavy as hell if it were thick enough to make a good cylinder. Even a crack/chip on the rim would pretty much render it useless
