Can you extend too many hours in a day?
Can you extend too far? How far should you extend? Where is the sweet spot?
Can you extend with too many grams of tension?
Do you really need rest days with extenders?

Do you really need rest days with extenders? Same as above

Can you extend with too many grams of tension? Same as above
How far should you extend? Where is the sweet spot? Till you can feel its being stretched or follow the routine that comes with all decent extenders
