  • Forced rest days....ugh is this going to set me back???

    So I guess from a previous post, you all know that the Phallosan Plus has given me 2 blisters. The blisters have been busted for days and it’s like raw skin now. It doesn’t really hurt bad just uncomfortable, so it looks like I will have to take 3 maybe 4 days off. I have only been extending for 4 months and may have taken a total of 4 rest days off and a few light days. Over the last 2 months I have been extending at least 8 - 9 hours a day. I was going to take a rest day tomorrow anyway because last night I was sore AF in the bathmate, like the whole shaft hurt and I had to exit the bathmate. Now I am thinking maybe I should take at least 4 days off to heal the glans.........so how bad is this going to set me back?????? I don’t want to feel like I wasted the last 4 months. Hit me with the truth guys! Don’t sugar coat it.

    I'd take 2 weeks off; you're doing a bit too much.

      Well I was going to take 4 days to heal the glans and I now realize that extending that much means i need regular rest days. Cause now I am in negative PI city

        How big are the blisters. I'd say just heal and keep going. But the negative PIs are another story.
        I'd say do some hand stretches in the meantime while you heal.

        In the studies people did 6+hrs for several months with no issues. I dont think you're overdoing it IMO.

          I’ve been extending with the blisters for weeks or so. They busted but the skin looks raw were they where. That’s why maybe I need to take a few days from vacuum extending. Just worried that it will mean all the extending I have been doing will be canceled out so to speak

            All i can say is from personal experience. I'm actually vacuum extending now with a blister that hasn't healed 100%. But only because it's a tiny blister and doing very low tension extending to not lose any of my previous work.

            But when i got a large blister i had to wait over a week and only used my RestoreX device and hand stretches.

                Blisters may appear healed but sometimes they are deeper than they appear. Id wait until you think they are healed and then take a full week after that before using any type of vacuum device. This means pumping too.

                You can not pump when you have blister.

                Sometimes the best PE is done with no work out at all.
                Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

                  Yup doing that now. Taking a couple days applying healing cream to my glans. I tried to ride it out by continually vacuum extending and i guess that was a mistake. Even PF website said to use the plus at 6 hours a day 5 days a week....but I got overzealous. I may take a week off of vacuum extending and just do bathmate and dry jelqs after a weekend of rest. Do you think I will lose progress by taking a week off of extending?

                    The blisters are gone...popped. But the skin were they where is raw and red. Hurts to get a mouth hug at this point, like crying hurt but still. I stopped my bathmate session last night cause my shaft felt sore on the inside, did hurt my glans at all. Still I need at least the weekend off because I’m turtling kinda bad. That’s a negative PI...right?

                      Lol I messed that up...I meant NOT like crying hurt and the bathmate DIDNT hurt my glans at all.

                            That is a very informative blog Marlon, and you’re right about feeling a itching sensation right before a blister appears, It actually happened everytime I got a blister....wish I would have known about that before today. Also I picked up some neosporine and some micropore tape. Guess I need to start taping before going in the vacuum

                              Dang you vacuum extend for that long ? Did you get length gains from using it that much time. I hate extending but only do it for like min time needed, like max 90 mins with restorex. I wear a silicone sleeve for passive healing all day, but feels like nothing.
