Extender noose / foreskin discomfort

For the uncircumcised crowd - do you typically put the noose below the head with skin pulled back, or do you keep the skin in place over the glans?

The foam noose (on a le luv, for example) isn't exactly comfortable on the skin with tension. Perhaps there are other ways to solve the comfort issue? Thanks!

NEVER use a noose. ONLY a strap.
You have to pull the skin back otherwise you will grow the skin and your dick will look like a sharpei dog.
In order to do this you HAVE TO use a silicon sleeve.
You will roll your skin back and as you are holding it back... you will place the silicon sleeve below the glans in order to keep the skin back and then you will STRAP.

Uh oh. This is a separate accessory, right... I'm assuming a lot of them must be interchangeable - do you have a favourite?
Also, what's the danger of the noose? I started getting used to it.

The leluv extender has the option to also use a strap instead of the dangerous noose.
If you don t have straps then it means that you order the cheaper version that it has only noose and that s a pitty cause the difference in price is like nothing.
The thinner the strapping thing is .. the more it cuts blood circulation and the more it damages the compressed area. The wider it is the less cut of the circulation and less damage on the compressed area.

ALL old extenders that are using nooses should change their front piece in order to be able to take a strap.
But companies are so uninformed and so bored to update their products that they still sell the same shit.
Of couce IF the buyers were INFORMED correctly and would NOT buy their noose product... they would change in order to follow the sells of the strap models companies
