I have been using the LG hanger and if you ever seen my progress forum, I am quite inconsistent. But despite that, I believe that when I incorporated the LG hanger, it has helped me out in at least half an inch in BPEL. I do other stuff so I can never isolate just one thing but LG is the core of my training now.

Good to hear that you have still made gains even while not being consistent. Can you give us an idea of how many times per week you train, and what other types of PE you do in combination with the LG Hanger?
I've said many times over the years on this forum that effective PE should incorporate a variety of training exercises. Like a three legged stool...
1. Hand stretching / jelqing
2. Weight hanging (obviously I prefer a vacuum based system - LG Hanger)
3. Pumping
How often and how much you train depends on a variety of things, including your work schedule, time with family if you have one, along with desire and commitment.
I've always trained intuitively. There's no cookie cutter formula to PE gains. It's possible to over train and have diminishing results. So keeping a training log, tracking what you're doing can help you identify the peaks and valleys of progress. I've always told guys that PE training should be enjoyable and not be looked at as a chore. So if you feel like you need to take a day or two off, or even a week in order to prevent burn out, that's training intuitively. There were days when I just wasn't feeling it, so I'd go lighter and do less work. Other days I'd be feeling very motivated to really push the limits. That's training intuitively.
I seldom ever did the same thing two days in a row. That's training intuitively.
All that being said, making mental notes or keeping a note book on what you did yesterday, the day before or the week before can help you identify what helped YOU find fatigue along with what helped promote better EQ, and gains. What worked for YOU may not work for another. So the idea of posting a detailed outline of everything you did to make your gains would be like someone who's been on a weight loss diet listing everything they ate throughout the day, week, month and how much weight they lost. Or someone who's trying to increase their strength listing how much weight they bench pressed and how many reps they did. It's all irrelevant, and unnecessary, and generally speaking not applicable to each and every individual.
I never got stuck in a rut, doing the same thing over and over, week after week, month after month..... that's boring. I always followed my instincts and implemented a variety of training methods (weight hanging being the foundation). Which in turn helped me continue to make gains. Exercises like the Fulcrum and Bundle were instrumental in breaking through plateaus, and I never read anything from anyone on this forum who's ever made mention of implementing those particular PE exercises into their hanging routine until the last couple years when guys like Dr. Ric & KingSnake and myself started doing them with the LG Hanger.
I'm not even aware of another PE device that incorporates a Bundle option. It's nice to see how other guys train, what they do individually, but don't hang your hat on what someone else does and expect the same results!
So when someone asks you to provide a detailed training log on how you made your PE gains it's like someone asking me how to study for the BAR exam.-Foldus,

Hey. Sorry i don't want to start a new thread for my fast and simple question so can i ask this here?
When having a break between sets should i take the vac cap and sleeve off completely or is releasing the vacuum enough?

Depends on if you stay completely engaged inside the chamber. Meaning you didn't experience any type of weight slip or in other words you didn't experience the chamber pulling off your penis during the hang session.
If you didn't have a "slip", you can leave the chamber on and take a break. However once you become proficient at installing the chamber onto your penis it shouldn't take more than two minutes tops to apply your glans protection wrap, insert yourself into the chamber, role the sleeve down over your penis, plug in the hand pump hose, draw out the desired amount of vacuum, disconnect the hand pump, attach the weight and allow gravity to do it's job.
Curious as to why you need to take a break? Ideally you want your hang session to last for 45 minutes to a full hour. So if you are trying to employ the Hanging 101 theory which recommends three 15-20 minute sessions, that's not applicable to the LG Hanger. That doctrine was created for compression clamp hangers.-Foldus,

When I am consistent, I strive to hang everyday at the least. I aim to hang 2 hours on my "on" days, one hour in the morning. One hour in the evening. I will do manual stretches after each hang session. Then I'll do my kegals, reverse kegals, and edging sometime during the day before my second hang session. Sometimes if I am feeling good, I'll do power jelqs. On my "off" days, I only hang for one hour. The reason I try to hang everyday is to make sure my penis always heals in an extended state. Some days I'll wear the blue girth band that comes with the LG to keep my penis extended a bit because I tend to turtle pretty bad. Lately I haven't been hitting my routine hard as I just started back up two weeks ago.

Hey Kent! It is cool to see you are interested in my progress. SO far, I have gained 1cm of BPFSL!!
Currently, my progress is incredibly satisfying and no end in sightPlease take a look at my log and a lot will be clearer.
Regarding your questions:
1) I tried nearly 4 months of ultra long ADS wearing and gained not even 0.1cm BPEL or BPFSL. After more than 100 days of 10h+ every single day, no excuse.
I also tried manuals for a few weeks but hated them. ALso zero gains there.
2) BPFSL >BPEL. BPFSL is 19cm currently, BPEL still 16.6cm. The BPEL will follow the BPFSL, also see this in my log.
3) My personal opinion: dont hang so heavy !!! Not necessary. MY approach is special, but i gain with only 3.5kg. Believe it or not.
Again, details in my log
@Pegasus: Will you also honor me by looking at my progress log :-P.
How much do I need to gain to be worthy of your visit.
I mean this in a playful way btw.Goal: gain the first inch of length!
Join me on my amazing journey to perfection! :-)
