    To all those who hang...what weights did you start off with and when did you begin to notice pretty good gains? Was it when you went higher? I start off with like 1.5 pounds and now am doing 2.5 pounds. I read some people do like 40 pounds and I can't fathom that...the 2.5 pounds already gives me a strong pull. I am thinking of going up to 3.5 pounds and later 5 pounds. I am going slow so I don't injure myself. But what is the average weight people use? I also jelq 200 times after hanging for about 35 minutes and after jelqing do 3 ulis for 30 seconds each and balloon. Thanks!

    I also use something similar to that. I have two strings on either size tied around a weight and I just screw the screw tight underneath the head and that is how I hang...but there are no jagged edges like those and I wrap my dick with a piece of toilet paper for cushion.

    I am not an experienced hanger so guys correct me if I am wrong.

    If you feel fatigue after your sets your weight is correct. Keep upping the set time and set amount until you reach say 3 x 10 mins in a session with no fatigue. Thats when you want to increase the weight. I think the majority of hangers will never see over 20 lbs and are more than likely to use around 10-15 lbs as a heavy intense weight.

    Also make sure you do a good warm up and manual stretch before hand to loosen everything up before hanging to get the best efficiency you can out of your hanging time.

    Fatigue is the slight tenderness/soreness? I only seem to get that the first time I up the weight and then I stop for a day or two to let it feel better and then I don't feel the tenderness anymore. I heard this may not be good...like you should still use the weights when you feel this tenderness or your penis will become resistant to the weights?

    I don't hang all the time but when I do I am currently using 12.5lbs in 20 min sets, up to 5 sets/day. You should feel some sense of strain, or burning, or whatnot where the ligaments are situated at the base of your cock. Yes, after hanging several sets in a day, I have some soreness and tenderness over the ligaments that may last a couple of days.

    Some maintain that you should not take any rest days when hanging and need to put in at least 10 hrs/week to see gains. I'm not so sure. I find that I suffer a decrease in EQ if I put in that much time, so I will seldom do it at that intensity for more than a week.

    Yeah me too redbear. I'd rather have my penis size and be able to get hard than have a 9 inch dick and not be able to get hard ever . I only do about 35-40 mins a day. I am going to increase the weight to 3.5 pounds tonight and do 40 minutes. Have you gained a lot or are you struggling?

    Yes, I have gained, but I have also done jelqing and stretching simultaneously.
