is there a point to this? it's like $350 and i'm under the impression a traditional penis pump would be easier to use.
I like bathmate's products but I think they should just sell a separate penis pump that is an air pump. I'd buy that. I like the quality of the hydromax (only device i own, so little experience btw) but the hydroextreme is a bit of a meme to me. $350, just lol dude

The hand pump is worth every penny IMO. Game changer.

Mpolo, do you use the hydroxtreme? If so, do you feel its easier to control scrotum stretching like seems to happen with the manual pump...I think I was too focused on the size im the pump, which is also thrown off by the comfort ring and cushion pad I use...But I think maybe I've been pumping too hard and causing other skin to migrate into the suction..
In any case, I was thinking about the xtreme but only because it seemed like you could set the pump properly and have more control over the pressure and targeting just the penis...

More control for sure. Having to manually press the actual device against your torso to push the air out, etc is not any where near as efficient as using the Xtreme hand pump. Completely different experience. Much more nuance is possible with the hand pump IMO.
I have figured out a way to avoid having my balls sucked in. I need to have a semi erection, and I do this with water or dry... I bend over and hold the tube vertically and put my erection directly over the opening (erection pointing straight down at the floor) and bring the tube up against my body, as I am lifting myself back up I am aligning the bottom of the tube (side closest to the shower floor) with the bottom of my erection; tight up against it and tight to my body. This basically gives my balls no area to slip into the ring - I am basically using the bottom edge of the comfort ring to wedge in between the bottom of my erection and the top of my ball sack - that is where I press it firm against my body when placing it on me. This kind of pushes my balls away and almost puts them over the outside edge of the comfort ring and bellows.
By doing this it also gives my erection some space to enlarge before hitting/rubbing/getting stuck against the top side of the tube while enlarging; which can be another issue sometimes. I then attach the neck lanyard, and then hand pump/hose and pump to the desired pressure level. I angle the comfort ring/tube the same as my erection angle when with water in it. When I use it dry, I sometimes angle it down and let my erection hold the tube up in the shower at an opposite angle. It weighs much less when using it dry and I have found out my engorged erection is tough to hold up the 'empty' tube. I don't even use the neck lanyard when I use it dry in the shower.Last edited by MPolo; 01-24-2021 at 08:00 PM.

Mpolo,
Thanks for the feedback...Im seriously thinking about going for the xtreme...they just sent me a 30% off promo the other day...that would make it slightly more than I paid for the Hydromax 7...Im assuming you had one of their other pumps first? I'm just getting sick of this scrotum stretch nonsense...dont know if things would be better if I used it sitting in the tub...I just stand with it in the shower normally...I do want to clarify that I never actually had my balls suck up...its literally skin from the scrotum that must be getting suck up...It almost looks like the force of the pump pushed my say down but stretched it...I just thought the xtreme one with the hand pump would help me avoid this...I love pumping even of just for some thickness and better erections...
