After 5 years of PE, I've retired from manual PE 2-3 months ago haven't done any PE since then, but last week week I've decided to give extenders a shot and see how it works out in the long-term, I've been wearing an extender for 9 hours a day for the past 2-3 days, and I've got some instant minor gains and stretch marks from it! this tells me gains are about to come!
I feel great man, I can't believe 6 years I had a micropenis and now I'm 7.5 inches BPFSL and 6.7 BPEL!!!
My girth hasn't increased even the slightest regardless of trying INTENSE clamping, an hour long pumping, squeezes, ulis, edging, etc.. that's not an issue, I will try fillers once I get to 8 inches BPEL.

Lol why does this sound like an infomercial? Anyway, congrats on the gains man! I’m currently extending as well. I have gained weight which increased my fat pad, so I can’t tell if I have gain non bone pressed yet. I’m on a diet now.

Insane gains PELord! Years of dedication does pay off.
This motivates me to keep going despite how painfull and time consuming pe can be.
I recently just started with manuel stretching and I'm getting used to it.
I can't imagine wearing my extender for 9 hours a day.
I hope you achieve your goals with the extender.

Pumping takes time and persistence to gain girth. I pumped twice a day at 5 hg, five days a week and it took 9 months before I gained any measurable girth gains. I then added a 45 minute session at 4 hg and after five years I had over 1” in girth gains.
