Hello Guys, im new posting here but i have been looking at this webpage for years.
I decided to create an account because i have a question that posibly some of you can answer.
Like two years ago i bought a Phallosan Forte, but after many attempts to make it work, i simply stopped trying.
I have a very big glans i think, and im also uncircumsised, so it was imposible for me to fit that silicone thing on it, i needed so much strenght to put it. Even though sometimes i could put it inside, it was very tight.
Once, i left it for like 30 or 40 minutes, and when i went to the bath to check it out, i found that some liquid buildup was appearing in my glans, i was so scared that i left the Phallosan completly.
I wanted to ask if someone passed through the same thing as me, and how you fixed it.
Do i need to put the glans inside the silicone thing? is there a work-arround? Thank you

Not sure I completely understand the terminology you're using to describe your difficulties.
The "silicon thing" you mention, is that the cup itself or the sleeve?
Sounds as if you need a much larger PF cup and larger sleeve.
As for the fluid buildup or edema that you're experiencing.... it's fairly common with vacuum based devices, and especially with ones that are shallow.
I always recommend a snug compression wrap around the area with edema and a Girth Band over it. Usually within 20-30 minutes the fluid buildup will be absorbed and you'll be back to normal.

Did you have white glans? My glans use to that and sometimes still do depending on the suction of the Phallosan....it’s fine and normal. Just take it off pee, jelq for a little bit and put it back on. By silicon thing, do you mean the protector caps aka penis head helmets? Yes, I would recommend wearing them. I never worn them at first, but after the 100th blister, I wear them now. They also make it more comfy.
So if it is white glans, or edema like Marlon was asking, you’re fine. Since you don’t wrap or wear the caps, I bet you are referring to edema around the glans...i know from experience. Again, unless it’s painful.....extend on man.

I don’t use the protector cap. Tried it once and it felt so uncomfortable I decided it was a no go.
I figured it was something you could adapt to or condition for. I didn’t jump into doing 5+ hours right away. I started with 30 mins and kept an eye on it.
3 months later I’ve put maybe 150-200 hrs on it with no injuries. Granted it’s not as much as some people on the forum or even ideal but ive gained. I’ve also been doing manuals on top of it so I can’t tell you all the gains are from it though.
I never go longer then 90 mins without taking a break. Usually it’s 45-60 mins. I don’t have to pump very much to get it to hold. Usually 2 is the max depending on how well I’ve rolled down the sleeve. I check it fairly frequently during that time to make sure my glans arent dying but haven’t noticed anything significant.
No sensitivity loss or any other noticeable issues doing it this way.
It’s a minor hassle to roll and unroll throughout the day but you get good at it and it becomes an easy little routine.
Obviously everyone is different and I wouldn’t recommend going this route but wanted to share my experience. Be safe.

When the protector cap is new, it’s too tight and maybe not as comfy. After you break the cap in. It’s a lot looser and more comfy. Have you notice gains yet? I’ve not counted my hours because I only use it when I can’t use my rod and base extender. So pretty much I only wear it to work when I can and when I am running errands

Oh that’s interesting - maybe I’ll try it again.
I have gained a fair bit - about .4 BPEL and .06-.1 MSEG in 3ish months.
Pretty happy considering how little I spent using it compared to what’s recommended. But then again I’ve done basic manuals the whole time as well so I can’t be 100% it all PF or manuals or what’s contributing more.

What tension do you use? Green, yellow, or red. Also if you don’t mind, do you use it everyday and how many hours? I like the concealable use of it. I’ve been noticed the more I wear it, the more I forget I have it on. It’s a life saver when you want to stretch and go out in public at the same time. I just wish their customer service was better

Definitely don’t mind.
tension has been almost always low green. I upped it to mid low when I was using it more regularly after a month or so, and I’m getting to the point now where I might hit the middle in a month or so.
At the beginning I used it 5-6 days a week I think the most hrs I recorded in a week was in the 20s. I would say 1-2 avg per day starting and 3-4 before I changed it.
Then I switched to 2 on 2 off. Usually something like 3 hrs/1 hr/off/3 hr/1 hr. With an occasional hr on the second off day.
Now I’m doing EOD 2-3 hrs and seeing how that goes. Sometimes I do 30-45 min on the off days.
Mostly been experimenting and tweaking - currently my idea is based on the strain % theory and a very basic understanding of stretching tissue. Two parts:
1) you shoot for a post workout bpsfl 2-5% bigger than your pre workout bpsfl. With the PF I think the tension pulls you past your bpsfl and then depending on your individual anatomy at some point shortly after it stops slowly stretching and hits an equilibrium point. This might be at 1% or 4% or whatever. But it stops stretching and at that point you’re just holding that deformation for however long. This makes sense to me because otherwise your dick would get stretched way past plastic deformation into injury land even at low tension if you left it on for long enough.
2) you need a minimum of 20 minutes at that 2-5% in order to make lasting changes. I think this is from general stretching rules.
I did a couple tests on it to confirm what I was thinking on. I measured, hooked up the PF right at the low green mark (laziness), and did 30 mins, recorded the change. The next time I did 90 mins at the same mark, and got the same strain. So at least for low tension it seems to confirm thought 1.
Then I did 30 mins at a slightly higher tension. lo and behold my strain rate was higher in the range.
So based on those experiences which are anecdotal and based on admittedly imperfect designed experiments:
1) the tension has to be high enough to get into the 2-5% range in 30 mins
2) as long as the tension is good then 30 mins is probably the shortest amount of time to have some sort of affect; holding that tissue in an extended state for longer probably has some benefit too which is why I do 60-90 min “sets”. I also have been wondering if 4 hrs straight has the same affect as 4 60 min sets. Seems to me that allow the tissue to relax for a bit then going back to it would allow the tissue to stretch more. But that’s just a thought.
Wow that was way more than I was planning on writing. Sorry for the book. I do agree the PF is great for concealment and convenience overall. Haven’t had the pleasure of dealing with their customer service but from what I’ve read I hope I never have to. Cheers
Thanks for the helpful...
