hanging and stiffness (sore) next day

I am hanging now for 1 month. I have a stiffnes (sore) feeling in the penis/ligament or around the ballsak area. (Bulbospongiosus). When I add the weight to my hanger. or when I stretch my penis straight out with my hand. I dont know if this is a good or bad sign. I have hanged before 1 year ago and never had this feeling before. But then my weight where lower then now.
My hanging weight is 5kg. and I do 4/6 sets 30 minutes. I dont know If more people have this when hanging.

What type of hanging device are you using?

I am just using a vacuum cup cheap one. Not using the lg hanger, The lg hanger is just to expensive for me
