I have been doing a beginners routine for about a month now (warmup, stretching, jelqing, warm down, kegels) and I would like to add pumping. I haven’t really seen any gains and have no issues with my routine. Can I start pumping? If so which pump? Thanks!

Try an cheap air pump for the begginning it would give you some temporary girth gains kind of like 0.5cm-1cm in erect girth that if you pump anywhere between 20-60 minutes at medium to high pressure (5-10hg) , at least that's what i've got from , also on long term you can expect some good results if you're a newbie to penis enlargement and also if you do a routine , i just did the pump 3 years ago i would use an pump and i was 16.5 cm when i entered the tube , 17cm pumped inside the tube , in time with just the pump use regularly for a while then don't use it for a couple of months , time off and on for like 3-4 years , right now when i enter the tube i'm 17.9-18cm , and inside 18.4-5cm ..So i guess it works but it's a lot of work , i'm a newbie by myself just gotta get my first extender and work on lenght but just by pumping for 20 minutes sessions 1 to 3 times a week at moderate pressure ( at least 5 hg ) over the course of a few years doing pumping time off and on , i've gained 1.5cm .Last edited by Claude Speed; 02-28-2021, 11:58 AM.

In my opinion (others may differ), you can start pumping at this point. Just go slow. Reduce your jelqing and start with 2x 5-minute sets at low pressure (no more than -5 hg, if you can get there the first couple times). Need to train your tissues to be more elastic and you can get a really good stretch by pumping. This also means it could be easy to injure yourself.
As far as what pump, that depends on whether you want an air pump or water pump... budget is also a factor. I only have experience with Leluv air pumps/cylinders with a gage, but a lot of people here like using Hydromax pumps. Just do some research on here and you'll find a lot of info about each and the opinions of those who use them.
