I was pumping with my bathmate when my one testicle was sucked into the cylinder. I thought nothing of it, so I continued my routine, but after removing the cylinder, I noticed a reddish-purple speck, and over the days, it got larger. It seems the high-pressure pumping caused what is called an Angiokeratoma of Fordyce. It is common with high pressure to the veins in the scrotum.

I would be concerned this not been caused by the inadvertently pumping my scrotum due to it being sucked into the cylinder, but had I known this would've occurred, I would not have continued at all. It is commonly associated with Fabry disease, but none of that runs in my family, but it is also caused by high pressure on the scrotum veins.

Did anyone else have this occur before? I'm looking to have them removed, but I'm looking at various options to do it.

All I am going to say is girth band....get one and use it. Us guys with “high riding” balls will need them to reach max pressure.

My balls don't ride very high at all. The Goliath Bathmate sucked them in, which has happened occasionally, and now I'm trying to find a way to remove the angiokeratoma of Fordyce that occurred from the high pressure from the pump.
