  • LG Hanger Vacuum Test

So I am thinking it has a possible leak as it cannot contain constant seal pressure. I'm thinking the female might be bad.

Anyone know of a good test method to confirm?

    Background:
I currently use an auto pulsar set at a specific Hg for my pressure. It tends to need to consistently keep having to work to get it back to set pressure. Mind you this also happens with no weight on either. Using it for my normal pump routines it rarely if ever needs to refill and keeps pressure with no issues so that eliminates the Auto pump. A hand pump on the LG also shows pressure losing as well.

I vacuum test my hangers over night before sending out.
I do this using a soft, flat silicone mat. Apply 15hg, remove the pump and see if it’s held vac the following day.
The non return valve could be passing or the threads. Replacements are about 20 dollars or apply ptfe tape to the threads 👍
