I will say this one does look well-made, but what I have heard concerns me.

This one is different from regular solid metal rings. It has a mechanism for quick removal. Thats the big danger of the full metal ones is that if its too tight you cant remove it. This ring doesnt have that problem.

I have to be honest with you i have a medical education and don't belive in exercises or magic pills to e.d. (other than prescription drugs)

As a man of science i gave a secont try and this time i try using it just behind the glans, "for knob enhancement " but it keep moving around (not a very enjoyable experience) according to the website the horseshoe is adjustable and you are supposed to be able to adjusted for best fit. I read some reviews telling stories of broken hardwear after using it.
