with PEGym!
It has a pump pressure of about -45 cmHG and different pump speeds 0.1 - 0.3 - 0.5 - 0.8 - 1.1 - 1.5 - 2 - 2.5 - 3 - 3.5 -4 - 5 sec. in and out intervals as well as pre-programmed intervals.
For example, you can set it to in 1.5 and out 0.5, the pressure will then be about -30 cmHG.
My own setting when pumping with a minimum of 70-90% EP for about 5-10min.
I take out my P and jerks / jelqing it up to 70-90% EP 3-5 times repetitions.
It should be mentioned that I use base oil and essential oils as a lubricant to get more blood before pumping.
After the session, jerking / jelqing up my P to 100%.
