  • Hanging vs extending PI's. Which one to follow?

    Hey people,
As title goes - my PI after hanging is bad compared to when I finish with extending. What does that means?
    Hanging -
    1. Squishy and soft
    2. No bigger flaccid length
    3. No pump
    4. Not possible to do another 3x20min sets
    5. Wear off
    6. 50% erection, unable to get fully erected

    Extending -
    1. Looks ready
    2. I can get full erection with another PR measurements
    3. Can wear it again

What it gives? If I had such a bad after effect of hanging should I drop it and stick to extending and add another way of PE like manuals or something else?
    Thanks

Yeah, that is why we look at the PIs.

So if extending is producing Positive Indicators, go for it

    12/2019 EL: +2.2 MEG: +1 <Able to last 60+ mins PIV>

      And to drop hanging?

What type of weight hanger are you using? Sounds like you're using a compression clamp based on the 3x20 minute sets you've been led to believe is the way to train. The feedback we get from those that have tried and used compression clamps is that they often have a negative effect of PI and erection quality. The stress is too much.

I view extenders as a supplement to be worn in between weight hanging sessions to keep a mild amount of traction on your penis while you recover.
The vast majority of extenders have very weak springs and don't generate much more than about 5-6 lbs. of traction, and that's only if you can get a secure connection that doesn't slip.

Without moee info, I would guess your doing either too much weight for your current conditioning if hanging is doing this to you, or that your technique needs some refining.

Both should provide positive PIs when performed correctly.

Hey. I'm still at low weight for compression hanging, 8lbs. What else?
