Just wanted to get some of the experienced hangers thoughts on the above question as have seen really varying opinions on different sites some saying you should hang light for longer sets some saying heavy for shorter.
My personal thought is that the heavier you go the more intense the stretch would be hence the better the gains.
Could someone with some experience on the matter comment and let me know what in there opinion works best.
I was thinking as a start routine 5 times a week on 3 pounds then put the weight up each week by a pound until i have reached around 15-20 pounds which should in essence take 12-17 weeks.
Any thoughts?!
