Here's my opinion on how to save money:
The safest way to do save money is to use a muzzle hanger as Millia suggested (or a captain's wench). Once you move into the heavier weight (20lbs+), something like the Bib Hanger is best, to keep progressing safely (and without injury).

I think that's a good approach until you are sure you want to hang.
At least based on reports from guys I've read, I think you'll find the muzzle hanger or captains wench more comfortable than the sock hanger. However, if that's what you want, go for it

what angle should a beginner like me start at? this is my first day of hanging with a captains wench with 2.5lbs and im uncut. Should I hang while standing Straight down or hang sitting down on a chair and letting the hanger just hang straight down or is that BTC? Im starting slow with just 2 10min sets to get used to my wrapping and hanging and all them will add more longer sets as i get better at this. I feel a good stretch at the top of the base of my penis right now as i sit down and type this letting the hanger hang down between my cheeks. any feedback is greatly appreciated. thanks

SD or BTC is good for starting out. Whether you're sitting or standing is just a matter of preference. I always sit while I hang, but if you would rather stand, that's fine too.

Just make sure your ligs are maximized with SD / BTC first. That's always true regardless of things like "LOT" (i.e. so LOT 9 or LOT 6, it doesn't matter, you should start with a low angle). After that do whatever angle you like (OTS might be good for you). If gains stall at one angle you can always try another angle. Eventually move on to fulcrums.

today i hung for 2x20 min sets with a 10 min warm up before, 10min warm up between sets, and 10 min warm down after wards.
Not feeling any fatigue that much as my 1st day. should i go up in weight or stay the same and just add more sets?02/1/10: BPEL - 6"; EG - 4"
