A lot of PEers will tell you that nothing gives length gains like hanging. Even those who disagree with that can't deny that the results you can achieve with a hanging routine are phenomenal. I want to help guys out who want to get into hanging but aren't sure where to start (and help hangers avoid injuries too).
I love this kind of feedback, this is exactly why I wrote this article, thanks m0ses!

Can you elaborate on angle of hang and LOT and what is BTC?
I also have SO, SD, UTL and BTC angles built right into my chair.
What do all those mean?Starting: 4/1/10 - bpel 6.00 x 5.00 meg
Current: 4/1/12 - bpel 7.30 x 5.20 meg, bpfsl 8.10
Final Goal - bpel 7.75 x 5.75 meg
If you just read this, do 10 quick kegels

Blink, this is a great article; thanks for sharing your knowledge. I agree that is should be on the home page. We need more clear, concise (;-) postings that bring together all the wisdom that is on this and other sites. I'd love to try hanging but I'm doing my PE when my wife's not around (which isn't often) so it probably isn't in the cards. Would you mind posting another article with all the details you left out of this one? Don't hold back! Your knowledge is too useful.

The other article is mostly quotes from Bib. I just organized information from many places on Bib's forum, then complied it together and added commentary.

I added a glossary section to answer all of your questions. In fact, I've been re-writing parts of the article to try and improve it, make it more clear, and make it more useful.
You should know LOT. It's the "Loss of Tug" theory, created by Bib. It's already covered in JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine (by JonPop).
I thought covering it again seemed too redundant.

Good job Blink! This really needs to go on the main site — it's the most comprehensive guide to hanging I've seen!
Finally making gains thanks to hanging!!
+ 0.5" NBPEL in 3 months
Thanks to my gains I'm a lot happier in myself so I'm lacking motivation to hang, haven't done it in a while. Grr!
