This thread is aimed at hangers that hang with compression style hangers like the bib.
Much of this information is not applicable to those hanging with any type of vac hanger.

I would like to start hanging, but, due to privacy issues, I'm not sure if I'll be able to hang every day..do you think I can give it a shoot anyway?

How much time are you thinking you'll have? I would say if you could put in 1 1/2 hours a day 5 days a week or so it would be worth it. That would give you about an hour of actual hanging per session, so maybe 5 hours per week. Supposedly, 10 hours per week is the minimum, but I have read of people who have made gains with less.

If i try to organize my self and my spaces, I think i can get to a 3x20min 5-6 days per week, but maybe not in a row.
My concerns are about eventual furure pauses..like, what if, after 2 months, I have to take 10 days of rest?Will I screw the previous work?

Nah, you can take short breaks in PE and not lose anything or not lose much. You can also take long breaks and not lose much either, or gain it back quite quickly! If you have to take 10 days rest for example, you will have to go to a lower weight when you start back up probably; but in regards losing size as a result, you will probably be fine. For example, I took a few months off PE recently until I started hanging again recently and only lost minimal length (0.1"), which I will gain back in no time at all.

I was worried because I red that if you take long breaks the hanging microtears disappears/heal , your penis becomes strong and you lose the opportunity to work on low weights (the ones that give you most of the gains)
this for what concerns the hanging.

Nah, I call bullshit on most PE "theory" to be honest. Throughout my PE'ing I have stopped, started, changed routines, went on deconditioning breaks, changed from girth to length, length to girth, etc and fuck all has affected my ability to gain in my opinion. People get too bogged down in what x says or y says... PE itself is far from a science, mostly it is just guesswork. Just do your PE to the best of your ability
