I'm going to build my own device by taking inspiration from bib hanger.
one questio..any difference by hanging btc while sittin on a chair or standing on my feet?

If you are sitting on a chair or standing, you are going to be hanging straight down (SD) rather than BTC. If you want to hang BTC you need to leverage your body so the weight and your dick is between your ass cheeks. I do it by laying my back flat on the bed, but with two pillows underneath to prop my upper body up; while my feet are on a chair in front of the bed, while my ass/dick/weights are hanging in the gap in-between the chair and bed.

the problem is that while hanging SD is more easy if I have privacy issues, with the nr 2 I'm really fucked!
start with SD(like nr 3) isn't good and less heavy?
or can I do a BTC like in the nr 1? looks "complicate but actualy is easy to take it off like the nr 3..

Yeh you can do number 3. It is hanging straight down. Straight down and BTC are the best two positions for starting out with. You can get tonnes of gains with these two positions. Yup, that is how I hang (number 2), but I have also hung the same as picture number 3. Number 3 is far less intense, but you can switch to BTC (number 2) down the road

The info here is great ... much appreciated
I've just made a Captains Wench and have done a few short seated sets with 5lb and initial indications are that it feels much more comfortale than extending
